Dr. Patricia Richey’s practice is predominantly a Direct Specialty Care practice, also referred to as a Direct Pay Practice healthcare model. We only accept Medicare Part B insurance. This model allows Dr. Richey to provide personalized dermatology care, more thorough visits, and fully transparent pricing. Your healthcare plan will be based upon your actual needs, not those dictated by insurance companies. You will never receive any surprise bills. You will always be seen and evaluated by Dr. Richey, who deeply values the importance of the physician-patient relationship and aims to restore its role as the most important and cherished component of practicing medicine.
